Alfresco kitchens generally start from around $30k and scale with size, appliances and the run of stone and cabinetry. We map your scope and a realistic budget in the design package before any build commitment.
What materials hold up to salt air and sun on the water? +
We specify for the coast - marine-grade cabinetry, stainless and powder-coated hardware, and surfaces like natural stone, porcelain and Dekton that take salt air, UV and weather without losing their look. Every selection is made for the exposure of your site.
Can you integrate the alfresco with my indoor kitchen? +
That's the way we like to work. We design the outdoor kitchen as one with the indoor - the same stone, the same cabinetry language carried from the island out to the canal - so the two read as a single home.
Do you build poolside and cabana joinery too? +
Yes - poolside bars, cabana storage, BBQ and entertaining zones, drinks stations and outdoor cabinetry. If it's bespoke joinery for the way you entertain outdoors, we make it.
Can you manage the build, or work with my pool or landscape contractor? +
Either. We deliver the full build - trades and waterproofing managed end to end through 4D Renovations - or we design, make and install the joinery alongside your own builder, pool or landscape contractor, to your program.
